I wonder how it is they justify over 70K visas to EB2ROW, keeping it current all year, when EB2 I was so retrogressed and got only 15K. FIFO my foot. This is the most mismanaged, subjective thing I have ever seen. Translated for us, luck of the draw.

Its a distance education Masters program with one week of on-campus residency every semester. The program is geared towards working IT professionals and its accredited by AACSB. What are you saying? Health Services dismal? I thought it was better than US in many aspects. The cost is cheap for treatment (unless you have some uncommon disease. Since the system is churning up so many doctors, there is a lot of competition. Even in small villages you will find many doctors competing for patients. Maybe that is not true for everywhere, but that is what I have seen in my home state Haryana.
Also the education system may not be perfect, but kids don't have to go to private schools, because public schools have run out of capacity. There are problems like not all-around development, and not all kids doing great in studies. But that is true even in US, unless you are sending your kids to a fine private school (which by the way you can do in India, if you have money). JMHO

I discussed my situation with Mr Finklestein a senior Lawyer, with Sheila Murthy firm. He says, I can anything with my time as long as I have an employment offer letter that has a job offer to match the labor cert at time of adjudication. With Eb2 India being as retrogressed as it is, that could be 5 years away. I am going ahead with fellowship on EAD.

I haven't got any response from my lawyer yet, but in the mean time I called USCIS customer service. At first time, I was transferred to ae 2nd level operator, but while I was waiting, the phone was disconnected. So I called again and explained my situation again to a different operator (1st level). This time, she did some investigation and told me that I should have only one A# and opened a service request. She informed me that I should get a response by Oct. 25.
But some of your lawyers said that they have seen the same situations and there has been no problem, I think it is ok to have two different A#s.

In rare cases RFE has been issued. My doc also wrote that I need to follow-up with my PCP for INH treatment on my medical form. I visited my PCP and they sent me to a Infectious Disease specialist. The ID specialist said that there is no urgency for treatment although it is recommended to have the treatment. But said I can my take my own time to think if I need to go through the treatment.
Asked what if USCIS sends an RFE, the ID said that they usually do not ask for it for younger people but for someone over 50 , they may ask. In any case he said if I received any RFE he was willing to provide me a letter that INH treatment is not urgently needed.
You actually have active TB? Or you are saying your TB skin test came out positive as you had BCG?
If you had given BCG and your skin test came positive, that's very normal. If your doctor here wants to treat you because your skin test came positive although your chest x-ray is clear, then you probably should change your doctor.

I asked her if it is change of address they sent she is not sure but she said usually it is the card when Current Status: is "Document mailed to applicant."
She put in a service request for me and she some one is going to contact me in 30 business days.

Since you are EB3/2004/India it is probably not I485 approval unless you got EXTREMELY lucky and they processed your application out of turn.

Why don't you post the name of company as you already posted the state and city they operate from, and name of the person with whom you have been going back and forth as you said in your post? That will help everybody including the authorities to take them to task if they are doing anything illegal..
I do understand your good intentions but I strongly feel that this should be taken offline off the forum for the sake of everyone and please do not prolong this, hope you get the point...thanks..

I would think Cross-Charegeability is automatic. I mean if one spouse is birth country India/China and one is ROW, I would think cross charegeability is automatic but then again not a 100% sure.

First we need to make sure all BEC cases from 2001-2003 are processed. Then only we can speculate on EB2 India 2004. When USCIS publishes end-of-year stats for 2007, we will know more about the situation.

Shouldn't we see the priority date moving fast with the stuff below?:
